[P1] gnark-crypto bump breaks ops builds
Bumping github.com/consensys/gnark-crypto to v0.18.1 selects an API version incompatible with the existing github.com/crate-crypto/go-kzg-4844 v1.0.0 dependency. go test ./cmd/check_chainlist fails to compile because go-kzg-4844 calls bls12381.G1Jac.ScalarMultiplicationAffine, which no longer exists. The base commit builds this package successfully, so this is introduced by the dependency bump.
GitHub also marks this PR as conflicting; after rebasing, the ops package should be retested.
