Batch existing Whisper VAD chunks on CUDA while preserving transcript ordering, timestamps, and generation settings. CPU and MPS retain sequential inference, and accelerator OOM retries safely one chunk at a time. Adds configuration documentation and output-equivalence regression coverage.
