The README froze at the 2026-06-09 remediation milestone and had gone
false in both directions: it undersold the platform ("CD workflow is
still disabled", "Helm chart lands in Phase 9", 15 migrations, Next 14)
and carried 90 lines of superseded phase-tracking tables.
- Status banner: production-ready, v0.1.0 release with zero-CVE ghcr
images, CI-validated k8s manifests for every workload, provisioning
as the only remaining step (runbook + scripts linked).
- Stack facts trued up: Next 15 / React 19, 24 migrations (head 0024),
full k8s workload inventory, real observability wiring.
- Capability summary: auth section now covers OIDC SSO, RLS on all 91
org-scoped tables, and the Phase 7 account lifecycle (reset /
change-password / invitations over SMTP).
- The Phase-A and remediation tables collapsed into a three-pass build
history with doc pointers, followed by a "Production state" section:
release, 17 CI checks, ~950 backend tests + e2e nets, tag-to-rollout
deploy path, and the honest remaining-work list (provisioning only).
- Docs table gains the production runbook + deployment runbooks.
