Use air for formating

Maybe we can use "air" for formatting it includes GH actions: https://usethis.r-lib.org/reference/use_air.html .

@peterdesmet & @PietrH if we do this now might be a good time as there are not many outstanding branches and pull request?

I don't mind giving air a go, there are also actions for Stylr and Lintr available. But Air is the hot new thing.

I'm not sure how nice it'll be to have all my code restyled after I committed it, but we can always turn it off if it's too annoying.

I think generally the action will comment with suggestions on GH to fix styling issues so that should help prevent too many strange changes. Maybe then I will just give it a try an we can see if it works
