Introduces a small CLAUDE.md so Claude sessions opened in this repo have a starting point and so the workspace-context link to alkem-io/alkemio-workspace is discoverable here. The body is a set of TODO stubs (Repository Overview, Common Commands, Architecture) for maintainers to fill in later. Documentation only. No behaviour change. The body of the new file is a small set of
TODOplaceholders for repomaintainers to fill in (Repository Overview, Common Commands, Architecture)
when they get a chance. Nothing else is changed.
Same wording is being added (as a 6-line blockquote) to every other active
Alkemio repo that already has a CLAUDE.md, via a parallel rollout.
