Reframe of "worked examples" per owner: show a lost user WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE per role without pre-filling the templates (keeps gAIOS maximally customizable). Five role guides spanning different guardrail regimes: founder/CEO, head of operations, regulated medtech RA/QM, solo creator, enterprise sales. Each maps to the same fill-points (CLAUDE.md, context/, voice, connections) and models the guardrails (reference, never transcribe). Breadcrumbs so the direction is visible: README quick-start pointer + structure-map entry, and the CLAUDE.md "New here?" line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
