README: drop "generic" framing, reposition as your personal AIOS - #10

Per owner decision (polished public blueprint): remove the "generic
AI Operating System blueprint" / "open customizable skeleton" / "nothing
tied to one business" language that sold emptiness. Reposition headline to
"your personal AI Operating System" and frame it as opinionated and
complete-out-of-the-box while still forkable. Also reword the guardrails
safety note ("generic defaults" -> "defaults") to keep its meaning.

Removes every 'generic' (and the 'skeleton'/'nothing tied to one business') framing from README and repositions per the chosen direction (polished public blueprint). Title -> 'gAIOS — your personal AI Operating System'. Guardrails safety note reworded ('generic defaults' -> 'defaults') to preserve meaning. Docs-only.
Follow-ups (separate PRs) for the deeper de-genericization: a worked example persona under
examples/, and upgrading{{blanks}}to opinionated defaults.
