Add real-time URL safety pre-screening prior to opening links #28

Great work on this project. Scanned QR codes frequently contain obfuscated redirect URLs or phishing links.
Would you be open to adding an optional safety check before executing openURL / launching the webview?
I maintain SkanQRCode (a fast <500ms safety check API). I can open a Pull Request integrating a light check using our sandbox key if you think it adds value for users of this project.
