[BUG] ENTER ISSUE TITLE HERE #607

New Issue Checklist

• I updated Pearcleaner to the latest version and still observe the issue
• I searched for existing GitHub issues
• OS Version: [MacOS 27.0]
• Pearcleaner Version: [5.4.3]

Issue:

I have used chrome for developers for some tasks and decided to delete it with Pearcleaner. In the list of apps there were two separate items: regular chrome and chrome for developers. In fact both Chrome entities were removed: with 5 profiles and of course open tabs and all is vanished. I am really concerned about such outcome. Now in Pearcleaner search list no Chrome, while I clicked "delete" only for chrome for developers item
