[BUG] Updating cask transmission fails because it gets treated as a formula #586

Description

@pantheraleo-7

New Issue Checklist

  • I updated Pearcleaner to the latest version and still observe the issue
  • I searched for existing GitHub issues
  • OS Version: 26.5.2
  • Pearcleaner Version: 5.4.3

Issue:

The error is quite clear:

Warning: Formula transmission was renamed to transmission-cli.
Warning: Treating transmission as a formula. For the cask, use homebrew/cask/transmission or specify the `--cask` flag. To silence this message, use the `--formula` flag.
Error: transmission-cli not installed

transmission gets treated as a formula, even though the formula has now been renamed to transmission-cli.

the solution is to pass --cask to brew upgrade when updating casks.

    @hiSandog

    A regression case could use a package name that exists as both a formula and a cask, then verify the stored installation type controls the update command rather than name-based lookup order. It would also help to define how migrated or manually discovered entries obtain that type metadata. An error should include the resolved Homebrew artifact kind so similar collisions are easier to diagnose.
