Supersedes the economics-first delegation framing: anything the user feels is orchestrator-authored or line-reviewed (diff read, live probe), agents keep only machine-verifiable mechanical scope, no agent-authored user-facing change merges without the orchestrator's eyes-on-diff plus a hands-on pass, and decision quality outranks orchestrator-token economy.
