Blank text no longer refuses at any layer: the domain validator, the service create path, and the board's draft-commit flow all accept an empty note (Escape stays the cancel), because the place-then-type flow is the sticky convention and refusing it forced text before position. An empty sticky renders a muted placeholder until typed into; the existing blur-blank protection on an ALREADY-persisted note is unchanged. e2e pins place-empty -> placeholder -> click-select, click-commit edit -> typed text persists. Live dogfood report from the beta: placing a note with no text silently discarded it, blocking the place-then-type sticky flow every canvas tool supports. Blank text now creates at every layer (domain validator, service, draft-commit — Escape remains the cancel); an empty sticky renders a muted "Empty note" placeholder until typed into via the click-commit edit. Blur-blank protection on existing notes unchanged. Regression pinned in Go (domain + service) and e2e (place-empty → placeholder → type-later round trip).
