Four cheap, primary-sourced practices adopted after a research pass over how Claude Code + top-tier orchestration is run in practice (Anthropic docs/engineering, an ETH controlled study, upstream issues): reviewer-finding triage, checked post-merge worktree/HEAD verification, the kitchen-sink and twice-corrected failure patterns, and plan-to-disk over compaction reliance.

Validations recorded rather than adopted: our closed-world briefs match Anthropic's own containment conclusions; the testing/QUARANTINE discipline exceeds surveyed practice; the ETH study (arXiv:2602.11988) supports constraint-style CLAUDE.md content over generic overviews — which also confirms 0098's views stay on-demand boot context, never always-loaded.

…orchestration-practice research pass

Reviewer-finding triage, checked post-merge worktree verification
(upstream cleanup defect class), the two named failure patterns
(kitchen-sink, twice-corrected), and plan-to-disk over compaction
reliance. Rejected with reasons recorded in the research record:
AGENTS.md interop (no second tool), diagram token-efficiency claims
(unverified), script-driven workflows (weaker than closed-world
briefs).
