The README now shows a 21-second promo recorded with the new renderer, covering Close & Burn, Torch, and Soak & Burn. The edit removes setup and idle time, keeps effects at their recorded speed, and adds mode labels.
Replaces the full-quality 1440×900 / 60 fps MP4 and the looping 800×500 GIF preview.
Validation: full MP4 and GIF decode passed; Swift format lint passed; all 123 Swift tests passed. Only the README and its two demo assets changed.
