Replace Vite SPA + hand-rolled /api/* Vercel functions with TanStack Start
(@tanstack/react-start) in SPA mode, plus the Nitro Vite plugin so the same
build deploys to Vercel Fluid Compute. AI endpoints are now file-based routes
under src/routes/api/, keeping the existing /api/completion and
/api/upload-statement URLs so client code is unchanged. Web Request/Response
replaces busboy (request.formData) and the Vercel Node handler shape.
- Delete index.html, src/main.tsx, vercel.json, api/
- Add tanstackStart({ spa: { enabled: true } }) + nitro() to vite.config
- Move providers/CSS into src/routes/__root.tsx with HeadContent/Scripts
- Bump tsconfig target to ES2022 and require Node >=22.12.0
- Drop @vercel/node, busboy, @types/busboy, hono, @hono/node-server,
@tanstack/router-plugin (subsumed by tanstackStart())
