• packages/vennbase-yjs: Yjs bindings that reuse the app's Yjs runtime.
• packages/todo-app: Minimal shared todo board example app.
• packages/appointment-app: Appointment booking example app with owner schedules and customer reservations.
• packages/woof-app: Vite TypeScript SPA using the SDK.
