Summary

map Hostinger FTPS to lftp explicit TLS on port 21
apply the same protocol mapping to bounded-file and theme deployment scripts
assert AUTH TLS security commands and URI behavior in deployment tests

Evidence

prior deployment stopped during TLS handshake before any remote read/write
follow-up subagent review: PASS
bash tests/scripts/deploy-file.test.sh passes
both deployment scripts pass bash -n
