Requirements

CMS (Content Management System) for restaurants: admin can create/retrieve/update/delete restaurant. Admin also needs a page to display the current list of all restaurants in the database.
Providing restful APIs which allow restaurants to be created/retrieved/updated/deleted by HTTP methods
