NSFW content not getting blocked (all browsers)

Describe the bug
The app is unable to block adult website most of the time and is only able to block famous sites , the app picks up certain words to enable safesearch otherwise you can visit adult sites

To Reproduce
To replicate similar situation

1. Open any browser (supported too)
2. Search adult content indirectly , for example rule 34 , cuckold etc
3. Voila , you can even enter sites that are less known

Expected behavior
The app should have blocked all most all adult content and enabled safesearch all the times when browsing but the app relies on triggers to enable safe search

1.Enable safesearch at all instances
2. Use better list to block such content or better algorithm
