Ghostty supports OSC8 hyperlinks since ghostty-org/ghostty#1928, which was merged before 1.0.0 was released.

Ghostty supports OSC8 hyperlinks since ghostty-org/ghostty#1928, which was merged before 1.0.0 was released, so it seems that no version check is needed.
