Redesigns Foglight with a fictional public-intelligence console aesthetic across Overview and Standard displays, including responsive layouts and updated visual baselines. Adds a bounded, panel-only CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities feed and corrects NHC coordinates, map reset behavior, Kp freshness, FEMA dates, source-health reporting, accessibility, and map/list semantics. No government branding or affiliation is implied. Local verification: 296 Python tests, 45 JavaScript tests, focused browser checks for CISA, NHC, global reset, responsive layout, accessibility, and settings, plus all 11 visual baselines. Full validation runs on GitHub Actions.
