Tasks

• Help drawer: dbc.Offcanvas reusing existing HTML from cytoflowgui/help/operations/ and cytoflowgui/help/views/
• Experiment browser pane: dash_table.DataTable showing channels, conditions, and statistics for the selected pipeline step
• Preferences: color palettes, default scales (dbc.Modal settings dialog)
• Keyboard shortcuts via dcc.Keyboard
• Responsive layout adjustments for different screen sizes

Milestone

Feature parity with the Qt GUI. All existing help content is accessible. The app is usable on typical lab workstation displays.
