Students can rate enrolled courses 1-5 stars (no written reviews); one rating per user+course, editable. Average rating is shown on the courses list and course detail pages. Groups the previously flat list of conventions into domain-specific reference files (general, database, backend, frontend, testing) under a skill so it's surfaced during implementation and review.
