Async download and uv configuration

First of all, thank you for sharing this excellent work. I found the research and the implementation both insightful and very helpful.

While working with the code, I made some modifications that I believe could be useful to others as well:

• Asynchronous download for better speed (alternatives to Update download_from_pexels.py #5 )
• The use of uv package manager to manage dependencies (i.e. gpu vs cpu)
