Support Surplus-only Soul, chat, and qualified Memory embeddings - #158

Add the explicit Venice large embedding route with durable service usage and exact settlement recovery. Bind protected Memory writes and searches to the displayed model and processing route while preserving legacy wire formats and existing vector provenance.
Include the supported Venice large embedding route in server API-key coverage and keep the help text accurate for qualified embedding routes.

Servers configured with only a Surplus key can generate and save Souls, select eligible chat models automatically, and use the qualified Venice text-embedding-3-large route for Memory embeddings. Model identity, capabilities, reasoning parameters, and token ceilings come from the intersection of Surplus discovery and Nautilo’s signed catalogue.
Protected Memory binds the actual embedding route and processor disclosure to approval and signed requests. Existing direct routes retain their admitted credential and transport, and already-admitted direct calls avoid marketplace discovery. Native Task transport hints stay separate from foreground resume snapshots and retain live funding checks.
Marketplace streaming preserves terminal metadata and tools. Requests accept output-ceiling adaptations only after natural completion and raw usage within the original budget. Recovery requires proof that no seller served or charged the request; uncertain or delivered work is never replayed automatically.
This also fixes the default onboarding avatar and waits for Soul generation before saving the profile. Invite room lists include only public internal rooms.
Validation:
bun run lint(78/78 tasks),bun run typecheck(80/80),bun run test:unit --continue=always(73/73), andbun run lint:unusedpass on Bun 1.4.4 / Node 24.22.1. All 203 repository invariants pass. The synchronized merge includes protected native-funding, isolated projection-mock, crypto-consumer inventory, and generated runtime-dependency regressions. The reviewed local discovery and diagnostic limits are retained. No feature database migration or automatic vector conversion is included. Surplus catalogue presence does not guarantee live seller supply; embedding support is restricted to the qualified text-embedding-3-large model at 1,536 dimensions and its processing contract. Existing populated embedding spaces retain their model identity.
