Patch MCP, Sharp, HTTP clients, Git helpers, and parsing dependencies. Add Python security floors for HTTPX2, PyJWT, urllib3, and LangGraph to published metadata as well as the lockfile. Validation: Node lint/build and 480 tests pass; Python 35 tests and wheel/sdist build pass. Clawdbot advisories remain because no patched package is published; replacing that integration needs a separate migration.
Merge/release and Vanta rescan are required before findings can be marked closed.
