fix(cli): annotate the Agent Armor release endpoint and refresh the OpenAPI export - #334

POST /v0/inboxes/{inbox_id}/messages/{message_id}/agent-armor/release (added
in #313) had no CLI overlay, so "Validate CLI overlays" has failed on every
definition merge since. Annotate it as `inboxes messages
release-agent-armor-message`, next to `create-agent-armor-feedback`, and
re-export openapi/openapi.yml, which was 21 operations behind the
definition.

main, the Release CLI workflow's "Validate CLI overlays" step has failed on every definition merge since #313 (10-14). The check reports 1 spec operation missing annotations.The missing one is
