Update the coordinated MCP client/server/core family to 2.3.1 and its compatible Node adapter to 2.1.1. Bound request bodies to 64 KiB at both Node adapters and every MCP handler, retain the SDK's 100-message batch cap, and cap tool input at 1,000 elements before schema validation. Update concurrently to bring the patched shell-quote and refresh proxy-addr.

Regression checks reproduce the old cross-origin 307/308 identity/body exposure and verify zero capture requests after the update, with same-origin and direct controls. They also exercise declared and chunked UTF-8 bodies, batch boundaries, input limits, ordinary operations and both customer surfaces.

Validation on the final tree: Windows 155 passed/3 platform skips; Linux Node 22 157 passed/1 skip; end-to-end 9/9 on each; lint, typecheck, builds and script tests pass. Fresh Docker six-service HTTP/MCP workflows, isolated enrollment/approval bundles, and real DynamoDB Local contracts pass. Python 3.13 suite passes 34/34; dependency audit reports zero at all severities.

Record the owner's approved October 18 renewal of the same two narrator policy exceptions through November 18, 2026. The existing synchronous IAM-authenticated design and exception controls remain unchanged. This records source approval; no AWS deployment or provider call was performed.

Owner approved renewal on October 18, 2026 for the same synchronous no-DLQ and no-customer-VPC source exceptions. Required controls, reasons, and infrastructure resources remain unchanged.
