Aether 0.806.0, the latest release - #172

The gate passes on 0.806.0 unchanged: every module check, every test, and the golden trace bit for bit. Its new array-length check and arrow body rule find nothing here. aether#2683 is fixed in it, and the gate's note and design.md say so. aeb v0.326 is still the latest.

Moves CI to Aether 0.806.0, the latest release (batch PR aether#2721).
