The latest release, with the fixes for aether#2602 and aether#2612. The file loader's comment no longer cites aether#2602: the reader owning the text is the design, and under 0.797 a free through the local would be a copy's, not a double free.

Moves the CI pin to Aether 0.797.0, the latest release. aeb stays at v0.325, its latest release.
0.797.0 fixes two issues filed from aephysics:
ifwas freed under the caller, and leaked on the other paths.Neither needed a change here. The file loader's comment no longer cites aether#2602, since the reader owning the text is simply the design.
The whole gate passed locally on 0.797.0: every module check, 39 suites, and the golden trace bit for bit.
