Enable mDNS for the web configuration portal and update documentation. Added mdns to the web_config component requirements, included mdns headers, and initialize mDNS in web_config_server_start() (hostname "matter-lock", instance name, and HTTP service on port 8080) with error handling and log messages. README updated to advertise http://matter-lock.local:8080, clarify automatic reboot back to Matter after HomeKey provisioning (and manual fallback), and remove the mDNS TODO from the roadmap.
