Continuity Sleeve is a free, user-owned architecture for governing continuity supplied to generative-AI environments.
The Continuity Architecture website explains the product and its three routes. GitHub is canonical for source, version identity and downloads. Current programme warnings are maintained on the website's Known Risks page; limitations shipped with this version remain in KNOWN_LIMITATIONS.md.
All three produce the same governed, portable Sleeve. The difference is the route into it, not the quality of the outcome.
Here, portable means that the architecture and its export representations are inspectable and held by the owner. This release does not claim equivalent model behaviour across providers, models, plans, settings or conversations.

Route archives are under downloads/ and indexed by DOWNLOADS.json. Each ZIP contains one complete package root, including its own licences, citation file, manifest, checksum ledger and verifier.
Each route is also a self-contained package carrying the same governed core. Switching routes uses the same compatible private Master and requires no Continuity Architecture account, payment or quality downgrade. A chosen third-party AI provider may still require its own account, plan or payment.
Only regular files physically present in this public release root and listed by RELEASE_MANIFEST.json are release material. No file outside this directory is offered under these project licences by this distribution. The private development workspace, archives, internal evidence, scoring, evaluation fixtures, receipts, pilot material and populated private continuity are excluded.
User-created or populated Sleeve contents remain the user's material. These project licences do not claim ownership of them.
Licence scope is determined by path and manifest role, not extension alone:
- executable software, launchers, schemas, functional prompts and transport templates identified as
softwareare MIT-licensed underLICENSE; - documentation, specifications, guides, workbooks, templates, fictional examples and project-authored visual assets identified as
documentation,exampleorassetare CC BY 4.0 underLICENSE.md; - administrative licence, citation, notice, manifest and checksum files do not broaden either scope.
Code samples embedded in documentation are MIT-licensed unless the file states otherwise. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md for the reviewed external boundary.
Run node verify-public-release.mjs . from this directory. The verifier rejects altered, missing and undeclared files, validates every SHA-256 value and checks shared-core parity across all three packages.
Canonical identity is declared in CANONICAL_AND_FORKS.md and the closed manifest. Integrity verification establishes the recorded bytes; it does not by itself prove that a network publication event has occurred.
