PR CommunityToolkit#43 addressed the SSH.NET vulnerability by pinning SSH.NET directly in MEVD test projects. This change reverts that approach and resolves the same issue by moving to the minimum Testcontainers version that already carries the updated SSH.NET transitively.

• Dependency strategy reset (revert PR Pin SSH.NET for MEVD test projects CommunityToolkit/AI#43 behavior)

  • Removed explicit SSH.NET version pin from central package management.
  • Removed explicit SSH.NET package reference from MEVD test Directory.Build.props.

• Testcontainers baseline bump

  • Updated all Testcontainers packages from 4.13.0 to 4.14.0:
    • Testcontainers
    • Testcontainers.CosmosDb
    • Testcontainers.MsSql
    • Testcontainers.PostgreSql
    • Testcontainers.Qdrant
    • Testcontainers.Redis

• Resulting package model

  • MEVD tests no longer force SSH.NET directly; SSH.NET comes from the Testcontainers dependency graph at the updated baseline.
