v1.2.0 - Surveyor and Docs in the Loop

This release adds two new features

1. A new Surveyor agent that is useful when onboarding a new project to Ushabti. Surveys the codebase and creates the .ushabti/docs structure
2. The new .ushabti/docs are kept in the loop by the agents as they work ensuring it is a valuable source of information for the development cycle
