Bing 11 is a custom user style designed for Stylus, inspired by the Windows 11 acrylic aesthetic. This theme enhances Bing's interface with a modern and translucent design.

Installation

  1. Install Stylus: If you haven't already, install the Stylus extension for your browser. It's available for Chrome, Firefox | Edge) and other major browsers. .image

  2. Add Bing Acrylic: Go to UserStyles.world and click on install to add the style to Stylus.image

  3. Search anything on bing.com and click on the Stylus extension to enable it. image

  4. Customize (Optional): Within Stylus, you can customize the background image by selecting from the predefined options or by entering a custom image URL. image

Optional: Using Zen Browser for Full Transparency Effects

To enhance Bing 11 with system-level transparency effects (like acrylic and glass blur), you can install the Zen Browser, a lightweight WebView-based browser designed to support native blur on Windows.

🔧 How to Install Zen Browser

  1. Download the Latest Version
    Go to the Zen Browser GitHub Releases and download the latest .zip or installer for Windows.

  2. Extract and Run
    If it's a ZIP file, extract the contents and double-click on Zen.exe or ZenBrowser.exe.

  3. Set Start Page to Bing
    In the settings or address bar, enter https://www.bing.com and optionally set it as the home/start page.


🌫️ How to Enable Transparency in Zen Browser

  1. Install the Transparent Zen Mod

    • Open Zen Browser and navigate to the Transparent Zen Mod page.
    • Click on the "Install" button to add the mod to your browser.
    • After installation, go to Settings > Mods > Transparent Zen and click on the "Settings" button.
    • In the mod settings, ensure that the "Allow Zen Browser to be transparent" option is checked.
    • Restart Zen Browser to apply the changes.
  2. Enable Transparency via about:config

    • In Zen Browser, type about:config in the address bar and press Enter.
    • Search for the following settings and set them accordingly:
      • widget.windows.micatrue
      • browser.tabs.allow_transparent_browsertrue
    • Restart Zen Browser to ensure the settings take effect.
