Show foreground modal update notices for automatic and manual checks. Keep daily checks deduplicated while allowing explicit reminders from cached results and handling browser launch failures. Separate notice lifetime from the update transport and cover prompts, release URLs, dismissal, retries and owner replacement with Qt UI regression tests. Release build and all 47 CTest cases pass.

When an update is available, automatic and manual checks now show a foreground prompt with the installed and latest versions. Download Update opens the exact release page; Later dismisses automatic reminders while manual checks can reopen the prompt from cache.
The prompt handles browser failures, retries and dialog lifetime safely. Manual checks also retain their intent when an automatic request is already running. Usage and source-build documentation describe the new behavior.
Validation: Release plugin build and all 47 CTest cases passed, including Qt 6.8.2 UI regression coverage for notification activation, versioned release URLs, dismissal, retries and owner lifetime.
