Maintainer refresh against current main
Refreshes every
actions/download-artifactuse to the pinned v8.0.2 commit, including the Windows release preparation workflow added after the original Dependabot PR. Artifact IDs, destination paths and merge/extraction inputs are preserved. The action still extracts ZIP artifacts by default and supports uploads from v4 onward; digest mismatches now fail by default. All jobs use GitHub-hosted runners compatible with the action’s Node 24 runtime.Local validation on the refreshed branch:
npm ci,npm run check,npm run lint,npm test(290 tests: 287 passed, 3 Linux-only skips),npm run smoke:package, andgit diff --checkpassed. These checks cover repository/package contracts; they do not execute a publication or the live hosted artifact transfer. Latest-head CI and automatic review must finish before merge.Bumps actions/download-artifact from 4.3.0 to 8.0.2.
