Split into two packages

Today (7. 4. 2020) the source was split into two packages:

  1. pisar, which will contain pISA-tree related functions.
  2. seekr, which will contain functions and serve as the R interface to SEEK API, mostly to enable batch upload and manipulation of projects on FAIRDOMHub.
