Refreshes the README for clarity without changing any behavior. The intro is now a scannable feature list with the implemented RFCs (6749, 7636, 8252, 8628, 8693, 7523) and OIDC Discovery, and the
Contractsection is slimmed toOutput(the stdout/exit-code guarantee). TheRecipessection becomesExampleswith plain titles (frpc, kubectl, curl, GitHub Actions), adding the missing curl recipe, promoting the GitHub Actions token-exchange example, and removing the duplicated bootstrap prose. Install gains ago installoption, and the env-var note, Build & release, and various asides are trimmed. All em dashes were removed and every intra-doc anchor link was re-verified.
