Celestia Voyages — Elite Prompt Engineering Portal & Evaluation Desk

Welcome to the Celestia Voyages Elite Member Portal & Prompt Testing Desk, a state-of-the-art prompt engineering evaluation system and luxury travel concierge simulator. This repository serves as a showcase of elite prompt design, security guardrails, objection handling logic, and real-time execution validation.


🌌 Project Overview

This project is built to demonstrate production-grade prompt engineering methodologies for customer-facing LLM systems. It features Aurelia, a highly specialized luxury travel consultant chatbot representing the premium brand Celestia Voyages.

Evaluators and developers can seamlessly toggle between the VIP Curation Suite (to interact with Aurelia) and the Prompt Testing Desk (to run automated assertion checks on her dialogue alignment and security guardrails).

🧠 System Prompt Architecture (v1.2)

Aurelia operates under a meticulously structured system instruction containing:

  • Persona: Elegant, discreet, professional, sophisticated, and premium-focused.
  • Tone: Highly polished, concise, and personalized. Emojis, slang, robotic phrasing, and sales pitches are strictly prohibited.
  • Workflow Steps: Direct state transitions starting from Discovery, curating packages, defending value against cost objections, and closing with scheduling calls.
  • Discount Logic Matrix: Direct discounts are never presented immediately. Priority upgrades (room upgrades, private spa credits) are unlocked first. Direct rate cuts are strictly capped at 10% and only applied as a last resort on packages exceeding $8,000.
  • Knowledge Scopes: Boundaries to avoid speculation. If availability or rates are highly fluid, Aurelia professionally offers direct validation instead of hallucinating details.

🛡️ AI Security & Prompt Injection Protection

Security is a cornerstone of production AI systems. Aurelia is armed with a robust, multi-layered Prompt Injection Protection System (PIPS) to deflect adversarial prompt injections:

Layered Defense Architecture

  1. Boundary Isolation: The primary prompt establishes strict operational boundaries. Aurelia will not compile shell code, write mock functions, or answer questions unrelated to luxury hospitality.
  2. Input Guardrails (Programmatic Interception): Prior to feeding query payloads to the agent's dialog loop, inputs are screened for known jailbreak keywords (e.g., ignore previous instructions, reveal system prompt, forget system rules).
  3. Output Deflection Redirection: When an attack is flagged, the conversation loop instantly halts and returns the fallback deflection statement:
    • “I’m here to assist with premium travel planning and itinerary support.”
  4. State Separation: Conversational logic remains isolated from raw user inputs. Adversarial code injected inside chat input fields cannot overwrite internal workflow configurations.

🔬 Prompt Evaluation Methodology

The Prompt Testing Desk provides direct validation of the prompt's integrity. It preloads a structured test suite:

Evaluators can append custom prompt queries and required keywords to evaluate Aurelia's responsiveness dynamically on new prompts.

🚀 Getting Started & Running Locally

Since this is a client-side single-page application, running the project locally requires no complex installation steps.

Method 1: Double-Click Local Run

  1. Navigate to the workspace folder: c:\Users\garvi\OneDrive\Desktop\Prompt Engineering Internship\The System Prompt Architect
  2. Double-click index.html to launch the VIP portal directly in your web browser.

Method 2: Serving via Active Local Server

A lightweight web server is currently active in the background serving the application. You can view it live at: 👉 http://127.0.0.1:8080
