Restores the kwatch.dev landing page to the design from before #59, as a forward change rather than a revert.

• apps/web returns to its b7bbfbb state: rotating line, hero, catches grid, header, buttons, styles and the "Prefer Helm?" link.
• app.kwatch.dev Licenses page:
  • removes the usage stats / license check note and the "You can have 2. One license runs one cluster." line
  • Refresh is an icon button
  • Copy key and Show key are icon buttons beside the key
• Later merged work stays: docs: use kwatch.dev/ prefix for annotation and label keys #60 (docs annotations), v1.1.0-rc.2 metadata, and the docs and app styling from Landing redesign spec, shared scale tokens, per-app checklist #59.

Supersedes #62.
