Adds Parsistent to Automated Testing Tools.

It is a browser-based HTTP request tester: you send a request through an HTTP or SOCKS proxy, import or export it as cURL, edit headers and cookies individually, and read the raw response with its full redirect chain. Closest existing entry in this section is HttpMaster, which is a Windows GUI; this one needs no install and no signup.

The part I think earns its place here: when Cloudflare, DataDome or PerimeterX answers instead of the target, the result names which one. A bare 403 does not tell you whether the fix is a header or a real browser, and that changes how you write the test.

Placed alphabetically between Panaya Test Dynamix and PestPHP. One entry, no other changes.
