Add Crack the Clue helper

Summary

Adds a generic helper for the original Crack the Clue event.

Details

• Registers Crack the Clue as a generic misc helper.
• Adds dig steps for all Crack the Clue I reward locations.
• Tracks obtained reward pieces through item requirements where possible.
• Adds lockable sidebar sections so players can manually mark clues complete when rewards are stored somewhere the helper cannot detect.
