Never commit private keys, seed phrases, production credentials, or signer material.

Security boundaries:

• migration policy is separate from cryptographic primitive implementations;
• account-level integrations do not imply chain-wide quantum resistance;
• algorithm suites must support explicit deprecation and versioning.
