Implements the internally owned Tauri 2 reference agreed in #12.\n\n## Scope\n- mobile direct/deferred delivery through the existing mobile-v1 contract\n- Android Play Install Referrer and iOS user-initiated UIPasteControl\n- desktop custom-scheme direct links with single-instance registered first\n- shared allowlisted cold/warm route parser\n- mobile-only opaque route acknowledgement after render; desktop ack remains out of scope\n- deterministic ZQ_* validation, focused tests, docs, and CI\n\nAll hosts, identifiers, tokens, and receipt values are placeholders. No proprietary SDK, fingerprinting, advertising identifier, silent clipboard read, or persisted/logged receipt.\n\n## Local evidence\n- PowerShell validator: PASS\n- Unix validator: PASS\n- TypeScript tests: 9/9 PASS\n- TypeScript typecheck: PASS\n- Vite production build: PASS\n- npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities\n\nDraft until the repository CI proves the Rust/Tauri build and review confirms the mobile native boundaries.

Independent review complete. Verified the accepted #12 scope, mobile-v1 trust boundaries, cold/warm/deferred ordering, Android Install Referrer, iOS UIPasteControl, desktop single-instance ordering, mobile-only opaque acknowledgements, placeholder-only configuration, deterministic validators, and privacy constraints. Two low-severity correctness/security findings were fixed in 263bfc9; all 12 GitHub checks pass.
