README: clarify subject in the Trawl name explanation

Small wording tweak in the "The names" section of the README.

Trawling is dragging a net through water and sorting whatever comes up, which is close to what this this program does with a dropped file.

Adding "program" makes the subject of the sentence explicit — as written, "this" could read as referring back to trawling itself.
