The star history chart on the README is currently broken and no longer renders due to restrictions on the public stargazer API. Switch the chart to a working source so the Star History section displays correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is broken and does not render anymore because of restrictions on the public stargazer API, so the Star History section is currently showing nothing useful.
This updates the chart to a working alternative endpoint so the star history for the featured projects displays correctly again, keeping all existing repositories and chart options intact.
