- Bump Go version from 1.23.0 to 1.24.0
- Update toolchain to Go 1.24.3
- Upgrade various dependencies to their latest versions, including:
  - golang.org/x/net to v0.48.0
  - google.golang.org/grpc to v1.79.3
  - google.golang.org/protobuf to v1.36.10
  - github.com/go-logr/logr to v1.4.3
  - github.com/google/go-cmp to v0.7.0
  - Update indirect dependencies accordingly in go.sum
