운영 postgres StatefulSet은 이미 pgvector/pgvector:pg18로 8일째 실트래픽을 받고 있는데 TestContainersConfig 12개 파일은 전부 pg17로 남아 있었다. docs/oke-migration-guide.md 4.8절·결정 #6이 릴리즈 전 필수로 못박은 항목. deploy/compose/docker-compose.local.yaml의 로컬 postgres 이미지도 17.10 → 18로 함께 올린다(4.8절 "로컬 개발용 설정도 동일 태그" 체크리스트).

pgvector/pgvector:pg18로 8일째 실사용자 트래픽을 받고 있는데,TestContainersConfig.kt12개 파일 중 11개는 여전히pg17로 고정되어 있었다(year-fortune모듈 1개만 이미 pg18 — 과거 부분 반영 흔적).pgvector/pgvector:pg17→pgvector/pgvector:pg18일괄 치환deploy/compose/docker-compose.local.yaml의 로컬 postgres 이미지도17.10→18CLAUDE.md의 Tech Stack 표기도 PostgreSQL 18로 정정스크린샷 해당 없음(테스트/로컬 설정 이미지 태그 변경, UI 없음).
(이전 PR #105은 브랜치 rename API 부작용으로 자동 closed되어 다시 열었습니다 — 커밋 내용은 동일합니다.)
