[FEATURE REQUEST] Original ATRAC codec support (MiniDisc compatible)

Thank you for this encoder. Would you please consider adding support for ATRAC (as opposed to ATRAC3)? ATRAC was the only codec the original MiniDisc players supported, and all commercial music releases were encoded in ATRAC to ensure compatibility all the way back to the first generation of MiniDisc players.

I apologize for the delayed response.
Since ATRAC was developed by Sony, conversion libraries and applications must necessarily use Sony's tools.
To encode to ATRAC (not ATRAC3 or ATRAC9) or decode ATRAC,
implementing the conversion functionality within this application itself isn't particularly difficult. However, ATRAC has become a minor format, so I am unaware of any tools, libraries, or methods capable of converting to ATRAC. (If you know of any, please let me know!)
Originally, this application was intended for console systems, so I had no plans to support formats other than ATRAC3/ATRAC9. However, I want to make it better, so if such tools exist elsewhere, I could reference them for implementation. (Example of a past suggestion: #12)

It supports SP, LP2, and LP4 output.
